Paren

Paren is a small, serene village in the Dooars region of West Bengal, located on the edge of Neora Valley National Park. Approximately 112 km from Siliguri and just 10 km from Jaldhaka, Paren is an ideal destination for nature lovers. The area is defined by its lush green vegetation, hilly terrain, and meandering rivers. A mini hydel power station adds to the eco-friendly atmosphere and provides power to the village.

While in Paren, visitors can enjoy nature walks to nearby villages like Gairibas, Dalgaon, and Rango, which are known for their medicinal plants. A more adventurous trek can be taken to Rachella Pass to see the point where the borders of Bengal, Sikkim, and Bhutan converge.

Todey Tangta: An uphill station that offers a stunning view of the surrounding hills and jungle. Godak Village: Located about 15 km from Bindu, this village can also be visited for a day trip.
