Transfer to Buxa and Stay at Buxa

Day 1

Once you arrive at New Alipurduar/NJP/Bagdogra, our officials will be there to greet you with a gentle gesture and then you will be escorted to the resort booked at Buxa. The journey towards Buxa is going to be a memorable one as you will be going through the lush vegetation of Dooars. Upon reaching the resort, spend a relaxing time in the room and get freshen up. Have the appetizing food in the resort to get rid of the tiring journey. Spend the day strolling around the surroundings and feel the serenity in Buxa. After having a delicious dinner, overnight stay at Buxa.

Sightseeing at Buxa & Jayanti. Stay at Buxa

Day 2

Wake up early to have light breakfast and get ready as you going to enjoy a sightseeing excursion in Buxa and Jayanti as per Dooars Package Tour of Buxa Chilapata Itinerary. Visit Buxa Fort first. A fascinating tourist place bearing a plethora of historical significances. During the British era, the fort was used as a prison. Eventually, Subhas Chandra Bose was also imprisoned here and the popularity increases of Buxa Fort. Next, you will be heading for the Pokhri hills as it offers an amazing trekking opportunity to the tourists. From the top, you can have a delighting glance at the Buxa Tiger Reserve. You can visit the sacred pond located in Pokhri Hill which is filled with fishes and turtles. The next destination to explore is the TGNM watchtower. Covered with the lush green forest. Spend the remaining day at leisure. Night halt at Buxa.

Transfer to Chilapata via Sikiyajhora. Stay at Chilapata.

Day 3

Wake up early after spending a magnificent night at the resort of Buxa. After light breakfast, move towards Chilapata. The way towards Chilapata is full of pictorial sites and lush vegetations. On the way to your resort, stop at Sikiyajhora to explore. Enjoy the boating activity, stroll around the vast stretch of tea garden and enjoy an intense panoramic vista of Buxa from Sikiyajhora Watchtower. As you reach the resort, check in to it and get freshen up. You are completely free for the rest of the day to do anything you like. Enjoy the evening while watching a stunning sunset. Finally, spend the night here at the resort of Chilapata.

Jungle Safari at Chilapata. Sightseeing at Coochbehar & Rasikbill

Day 4

Jungle Safari will be conducted on day 4 in your Dooars Package Tour of Buxa Chilapata. Hence, get ready for an adventurous journey to the Chilapata forest to avail the well-known Jungle Safari. You will be visiting forest villages such as Kodalbasti and CC line where one-horned rhinoceros can be sighted. Next, Proceed for sightseeing at Coochbehar. Visit the major tourist attraction in Cooch Behar named the Rajbari Palace. Also known as Victor Jubilee Palace, it offers a great exhibition of the finest architecture made by Maharaja Nripendra Narayan. Visit Madan Mohan Temple later which is quite adjacent to Rajbari Palace and Shiva Temple. Lastly, visit Rasikbill. It is a tranquil lake known for its breathtaking beauty and serenity. Have lunch on the way or after reaching the resort. You are free to wander around the resort through the remaining day. Finally, Night Halt at Chilapata.

Transfer to Hasimara/ NJP/Bagdogra

Day 5

This is the last day of your Dooars Package Tour of Buxa Chilapata. So, check out from the resort and begin the journey way back to Hasimara/ NJP/Bagdogra. You will be experiencing an excellent vista of nature while returning as the road will go through the beautiful abodes of Dooars. As you reach Hasimara/ NJP/Bagdogra, the tour plan comes to an end with a bunch of unforgettable memories.
